SCRUM expert guest at IT Leaders Academy    (българска версия)

The 10th lecture of IT Leaders Academy took place on 26th of May in the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". The presentation was about agile approaches in software development "The revolution of Agile and Scrum that conquers the software world - how is it done and what's in it for me?". Lecturer was one of the world leading experts in SCRUM - Danko Kovach.

SCRUM is the most evolving agile software development method. It defines only organizational and social practices, leaving a free choice for managerial and technological practices. The SCRUM process consists of separate iterations called sprints, set of practices and preliminary defined team member roles. The project management framework - SCRUM is initiated as the most effective way for supplementation and turning Agile into reality. The usage of SCRUM grows constantly and is at the top places in project management and methodology charts in the world.
