Musala Soft celebrated company's seventh consecutive participation at the world's largest and most prestigious fair in the area of telecommunications and information technologies CeBIT 2009. The company was present at the common Bulgarian stand and in addition to the opening ceremony, Musala Soft were invited to the official welcoming receptions of California - partner state of the exhibition, the United Kingdom and Taiwan.
CeBIT 2009 was held in the period 3-8 March in Hannover, Germany. Despite the world recession, business' cautiousness in the context of the economic misbalance and exhibition' contraction in more than 20%, compared to year 2008, CeBIT 2009 succeeded in inspiring optimism in the world of ICT industry. Over 4300 companies from 69 countries faced the challenges of international crisis and chose the CeBIT 2009 platform, in order to search for new opportunities, partners and horizons. The Bulgarian ICT Industry Day, which was held on 5th March, also "opposed" to the negative international trends, attracting considerable interest, compared to previous performances.
"For us it was important to get a feeling about the ICT trends, in the context of the deepening world economic crisis. We were gladly surprised by the considerable number of initiated contacts and the focused interest towards specific services we are providing. Though, the evaluation of prospects and real results are still to be identified and analyzed." - shared Plamen Tsekov, VP Business Development.
At CeBIT 2009, Musala Soft presented its expertise in six technological areas:
