"Musala Soft is a great company and one of the reasons is that we managed to integrate very easily. In France the integration is a slow process and you can feel isolated as there is not enough communication between people with different position in the hierarchy."

Four years ago, Musala Soft started developing internship programs at national and international level, giving young talents the chance to face business on early stage, without being pressed by the harsh labour commitment. The internship gives an idea for the real work atmosphere and helps building professional discipline in the students, through a direct contact with the industry. Realizing the necessity of developing an understanding about the serious business among the young people from the IT community, Musala Soft is investing seriously and strategically in its internship programs and initiatives.

Musala Soft internship programs are open throughout the year, but due to understandable reasons, most desirable are those during the summer. In 2008 the tradition of welcoming foreign students (this year from France) continued, as well as we had three Bulgarian trainees, who are already company's employees. "The comments we receive from our interns in regard to their participation in Musala Soft programs are quite positive. They share the satisfaction of the education, the work in real teams and projects, the free communication and social life in the company - Friday parties, football matches, photo contests, etc. For us isn't a surprise that interns bring real value to the company when put in a friendly environment." - commented Elena Marinova, President of Musala Soft. Almost every student, who participated in the internship programs, regardless nationality, has passed the training programs and afterwards participated in real projects. This is due mostly to the careful candidate selection, but also to interns' expectations that the goal of the internship is not only to receive a certificate and present it to the university, but a real preparation for the corporate world.
