Musala Soft celebrating at Drianovo suburbs    (българска версия)

As every single year, Musala Soft followed the tradition of organizing company's team building outside Sofia. On 28th and 29th of September, the Bulgarian software company celebrated the team gathering in the town of Drianovo, located in the outskirts of "Stara Planina" and famous with its ancient history.

The trip included Drianovo monastery, Bacho Kiro cave and Kolio Ficheto Museum. Around hundred of Musala Soft employees passed through the cramped cave tunnels with approximately 900 meters length, saw the so-called "Rain Hall", sang the National anthem in the "Concert Hall" and finally went through the "Purgatory", where according to the belief, you can purify your sins. Some even sealed their national tourist landmarks books. Culmination at the end of the day was the firework show, organized specially for Musala Soft team.

Beautiful nature, fresh air and brisk spirit were more than enough to turn the trip into a trilling "climbing", where Musala Soft team proved the meaning of the word "team" and why it is so important to be part of the whole, to share common interests and goals. "In Musala Soft we have always shared the philosophy that the people are the most valuable asset of the company. Without them, Musala Soft wouldn't have achieved what it is now and the feeling of team work, communication and mutual understanding, brought by shared interests and views, are defining company's motto - "…if you assemble the right people, give them the right tools and support, they can do anything." - stated Delyan Lilov, CEO of Musala Soft.
