The winners in the fifth round of the annual Musala Soft & PC Magazine Bulgaria programming contest were awarded at a ceremony in the office of Microsoft Bulgaria. First ranked Nikolay Milchev from Sofia, who works as a programmer. Second and third were Stefan Stefanov from Varna and Vladimir Angelov from Bourgas, both students.

For the first time in the 10-year history of the competition a practical element was added to the traditionally difficult algorithmic problems. The aim of the organizers was to enable participants to prove their skills in the latest software technologies: the solution had to be developed using web-services and Microsoft Visual Studio .Net development environment.
