Tsvetelina Kovacheva, Director Quality and Efficiency
Tsvetelina Kovacheva is Director Quality and Efficiency at Musala Soft. She is responsible for controlling
all QA and QC activities in the software
development process such as verification of
accuracy and completeness of the documents
in the development phases, organization of
code reviews and user documentation reviews,
monitoring of testing process, others; she
also controls Musala QMS and its improvements.
Ms. Kovacheva holds BSc degree in Economics
from University of National and World
Economy – Sofia and an MSc in Informatics
from University of Veliko Tarnovo. She is
currently pursuing a PhD in Informatics at
Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Sofia.
Ms. Kovacheva has several professional
certificates in the QA area and is
Certified ISO 9000 Lead Auditor.
