Stanislav Ovcharov, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Stanislav Ovcharov is Chief Operating Officer and a shareholder at Musala Soft.
As a COO he heads the company's delivery operations, manages key accounts and
participates in company strategy definition. His professional experience includes
years of working as a software engineer, taking part in world-class software
development and managing people, teams and projects in various delivery models.
On his track record he has the set up and execution of different-scale software
projects for big multinationals, the public sector and startup companies.
Mr. Ovcharov holds a MSc degree in Computer Science from Sofia University; his academic
activities in the past included coaching the Sofia University programming team and
jurying national and international programming contests like the ACM International
Collegiate Programming Contest.
