Magdalena Ivanova, HR Manager
Magdalena Ivanova is Human Resource Manager
at Musala Soft. She has several years of
experience in the HR field; holds BSc and
MCs degree in Human Resources Management as
well as BSc degree in Finances from the
University National and World Economy.
Ms. Ivanova is in charge for defining
the strategic HR goals and operational HR
management activities in the company. She
is responsible for definition of different
procedures and trainings, facilitating
communication between teams and management
levels, sustaining and supporting the
development of the internal company culture.
